Cellaring Potential This vintage is suitable for extended cellaring. It will develop gracefully for many years, as many of our dry Rieslings do.

“A cooler vintage has produced an impressive wine from this remote part of the state. Spicy lemon characters are typical of this region. It's tight and tense through the palate with a fine, steely backbone that seems to mark the Trevelen style. It's bone dry and carries deep, crunchy flavours. These wines have great cellaring potential.”
